Bessie is a gorgeous girl rescued at 3 years old. We have had her for 4 years and has been absolutely find until 4 weeks ago when she took ill. Since then she has had scans, x rays blood tests etc and eventually diagnosed with Pancreatitis. A big shock for us. We are now dealing with it with special food and the help of a wonderful vet. The future is uncertain but at the moment Bessie is back to her wonderful self. If anybody has had to deal with this disease we would be pleased to hear. We do know that it is incurable but can be managed and hope to have Bessie with us for a long time yet!!
