The Web today and receive a pet log book to keep a diary
of any future events or appointments such as visits to
the vet. The pet log book also becomes a useful tool when
it comes to keeping a record of your pets medical history
- for example you were to change your vet you can print
off a copy of your log book to familiarise your new vet
with your pets history. See below for more details.

You can
submit as many entries as you like to your log book and
it's simple to edit or delete entries too.
If you have more than one pet you can create a log book
for each of your pets. There is no limit on the amount
of log books you can create.
You can
organise and view your log book by category.
All you entries are listed in order of date submitted.
The log
book summary gives you one page displaying all of your
entries making it easy to print off and see the full medical
history of your pet.
